GREENSBORO, N.C. — This year, WFMY News 2 turned 75! So to celebrate, we're opening the WFMY News 2 vault.
On Oct. 10, 2002, we were all about the music!
Some of the Piedmont's most talented high school voices came together to sing the same songs! They were members of Guilford County's all-county chorus.
"Students from all of the Guilford County high schools are involved in this. They've been working on the music since school started.”
WFMY News 2’s cameras caught them practicing for that night's performance. The performance included two choruses: a women's chorus and a mixed chorus. There were about 180 kids in total.
