GREENSBORO, N.C. — Some new developments are coming to Greensboro.
The Carroll Companies is finalizing their plans for the Parkside development located near First National Bank Field across from the Carroll at Bellemeade development. It is expected to wrap around the parking deck on South Eugene St.
The new development will include a 9-story, 159-room AC Marriott, which will be decked out with a lobby bar, and the Bristol rooftop restaurant.
There will also be 16,000 sq ft. of retail space, 337 apartment units and 4,500 sq ft. of event space in the area!
The Carroll Companies said construction will begin later in 2024. Construction is expected to take around 24-30 months.
