LEXINGTON, N.C. — It was the 'piggest' party of the year. We hope you all had a great time at the 36th annual Barbecue Festival in Uptown Lexington.
Live music, pig races, lumberjack sports, and of course, world-famous Lexington-style barbecue are just a few things we enjoyed at the festival this year.
This year also marked the 20th year for the pig-themed sand sculpture. For this year's sculpture, the artists took us on a ride all aboard the barbecue express with a pig train theme!
And of course, the best part of the festival was seeing all of YOU. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello to us at the WFMY News 2 tent. Can't wait for next year!
