MEADE, Kansas — A tornado has touched down in Kansas and is causing damage.
KWCH in Wichita, Kan., said the tornado struck the southern part of Ford County in the center-western part of the state.
Video from the scene showed damaged buildings and a semi blown over by the wind.
The tornado also hit a home near Minneola, Kansas but thankfully no one was in the home.
The tornado has also uprooted trees across roads and damaged a number of vehicles.
