We checked with UPS and FedEx.
UPS said "UPS is implementing contingency plans in North Carolina after the winter storm. Deliveries are arriving as quickly as conditions permit. Safely delivering on our service commitments is always UPS's most important priority."
As for FedEx, it did not have an update.
