Fire Destroys Thomasville House

No one was injured or inside the home at the time of the incident.

THOMASVILLE, NC (WFMY) -- A house fire occurred Saturday in the 1600 block of Jades Way in Thomasville according to the Tabernacle Fire Department.

The flames were massive and can be seen mostly burning the top portion of the house.

The incident began around 3:43 pm, firefighters were on scene for serval hours to diffuse the flames.

According to the Tabernacle Fire Department, they received help from the Westside Fire Department and the Fairgrove Fire department.

No one was injured or inside the home at the time of the incident.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Randolph County Fire Marshal’s Office.
