WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Two people were injured after an accident that ended with a truck driving into a pond on the 2900 block of Reynolds Park Road in Winston-Salem on Tuesday, July 2, according to the Winston-Salem Fire Department.
A car rear-ended the truck, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department. Police said after the crash, the driver accidentally drove into the pond.
One person went to the hospital, according to firefighters.
The two injured suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are asking drivers to use caution in the area.
