Amber Alert Canceled for 3-Year-Old NC Boy, Alleged Abductor in Custody

We called Buncombe County Sheriff's Office shortly after the Amber Alert was issued, and they told us that Stephen Jones was in custody. They did not give an update on Ezra's whereabouts.
Ezra is missing from Buncombe County. His abductor may be heading to Winston-Salem.

UPDATE -- The Amber Alert for 3-year-old Ezra David Jones has been canceled.

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Buncombe County authorities are searching for a missing 3-year-old boy.

An Amber alert was issued for Ezra David Jones on Wednesday night. He is 3-feet-tall and weighs 30 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities believe Ezra was taken by 27-year-old Stephen Drake Jones, who was last seen in Henderson County, and possibly heading to Winston-Salem in a blue 1990 Ford F250 with NC License tag number PEC5783.
