WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The Winston-Salem Fire Department responded to a house fire just after midnight Sunday morning on MacArthur St. According to tweets from Winston-Salem FD, 8 people were displaced and no one was hurt.
Official have not said how the fire started but tweeted there were no working smoke alarms in the home. The Red Cross is helping those displaced.
